MINKS, the NYC based quintet currently specializing in dreamy, Cure-based pop songs, return with a new single in anticipation of their debut LP, By The Hedge, available 1/12/11 via Captured Tracks.

“Cemetary Rain” picks up where previous singles “Funeral Song” and “Ophelia” left off, but builds on its predecessors with a more accessible hook and Jenny Mink’s gorgeous dual vocal, which effectively counters main man Sean Kilfoyle’s mush-mouthed delivery.
